Return and Refund Policy:
We guarantee your right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of order delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition and unused, based on the following cases:
- Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of order delivery if there is any issue with the product.
- There are no additional fees in case of product defects. However, if the customer wishes to exchange or return the product due to a change of mind, shipping fees for the exchange or return will be applicable.
- It is important to keep the shipping receipt as it serves as a warranty for 14 days of exchange or return in case of any product issues. The warranty will be activated upon receipt of the shipment by the shipping representative.
- The exchange and return policy does not apply to personal cotton garments and swimwear. The shipping company’s policy is to open the package upon delivery. However, you can still receive the package while ensuring that your right to return is fully protected within the limits of the refund policy.

How can I return a product?
- Contact customer service to request a return.
- Provide the return request, specifying the order number to be returned, and confirm the relevant details.
- Prepare your product(s) along with the invoice after filling out the return form.
- In the return form, please select the products you want to return, specify the quantity of items to be returned, and state the reason.
- If you have lost your invoice or return form, you can contact customer service.
- Once you have completed the above steps, you can hand over the returned products to the company representative.
- A copy of the return shipping receipt will be provided to the customer for easy tracking.
Refund period:

- For accepted eligible products, your funds will be refunded according to the payment method you used.
